Tips to Keep Body In Shape & One Step Closer to Beauty Lifestyle


Human tend to get lazy at time. Undeniably, true that! We want to be pretty, looking good and presentable all the time, be fit be slim, you name it, we want it, this is human, human is closely related to this term “demand”. Yes, we are demanding but sometimes get lazy to achieve things that we want.


So, I am here to share my tips and tricks on how to keep the body in shape especially when you have some wedding dinner/events to attend, yes yes,  R.S.V.P and you just want to look healthy and presentable when time arrives.

Tips:

1.) To create that hourglass waistline, try to work out your waistline by doing cross body lunges, alternatively, you can simply move your waist in a quick circular motion from left to right repetitively, this is the easiest way and what I normally will choose to do if I am too tired to do cross body lunges. Surprisingly, you can somehow see the effect the next morning if you do it the night before.

2.) Sumo Squats(5 sets 9 reps) are good for toning your bum, work out whenever you can, while brushing your teeth, having your shower, or perhaps watching television, motivate yourself each time when you finish 5 sets of exercise by telling yourself to do an extra set. You can eventually observe some awesome outcome by just focusing on these two exercises, not to forget, running is also important in order for you to have some good sweat!

1.) DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST
There were time when I were so naive that I thought by skipping my breakfast can be considered as skipping a meal and will somehow help me to lose some weight but now I realized it is the first “Not-to-Do” List in order for you to lose your weight in a healthy manner and correct way.

Why?
Frankly speaking, previously I face constipation problem, I do not feel hungry in the morning and I just do not have appetite to have my breakfast, even if I do, I just take one slice of bread with butter spread on it. So normally I will just skip my breakfast (duhh, worst decision ever). One day, I convinced myself to have a heavy breakfast by consuming one packet of fried noodles, and to my surprise, I went to the loo immediately, and from that day onwards, I try to take heavier meal in the morning as compared to other meals later on. Do not ever think that skipping breakfast will save you some calories because you will end up overeating at other times of the day. Agree?
YEAH!!!


2.) HONEY ORANGE JUICE
 Lemon can be very acidic and sometimes it does not suit everyone’s health condition especially for those who have gastric problems. So every morning what I will do is that I will make myself a cup of honey, and then instead of lemon, I choose to use orange to replace lemon. Just cut the orange into four, peel off the skin, compress and mix them up, and you are one step closer to beautiful skin with this awesome honey orange juice!

3.) AVOID EXCESSIVELY INTAKE OF CARBOHYDRATES 
A simple principle that you have to follow in order to slim your body down is try to avoid food that are rich in carbohydrates(carbs). For example, rice, sugary cereals, potatoes, chips, pizza, hard candies etc. Take fish/meat instead of rice when you are feeling hungry or craving for something more fulfilling. From my personal opinion, people who have weak stomach are not advisable to intake too much of raw salad and fruits on an empty stomach because you tend to end up having the pressure from the gas (angin) buildup in the stomach, so now you know, salad is not 100% suit everyone’s health condition. Health is a very personal thing and it varies from each individual.



4.) DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
It is very important to drink plenty of water the moment you wake up because water helps your body to flush things out, helping you to get slim. What I usually will do is I will fill up one bottle of water and put them beside my bed, try to put at places where can be easily accessible, then once I am awake, I will get them straight and drink them up, you will feel a lot more refresh and awaken!

5.) MASSAGE
Getting a massage on an ongoing basis will enhance your weight loss and quality of life considerably.  If finances are difficult, nevermind about that, you can massage your own body, leg and hand easily by using any body lotion. Exercise can cause muscle pain and what not, thus, massage is self-affirming and definitely relaxing, and by removing stress and relieve the pain, it might help you to reach your weight loss goals!
